Are all items 100% authentic?

Yes, always. Every single item we sell is sourced through verified, authorised channels and checked for authenticity before it ships. We do not sell replicas, fakes or unauthorised goods — ever.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders arrive in 2–3 working days via tracked delivery. International orders take 5–10 working days depending on destination. All orders include a tracking number sent by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all UK orders over £150. International orders are £12.99 flat rate, fully tracked.

What sizes do you stock?

Footwear is available in UK sizes. Clothing comes in a range of sizes from XS to XXL depending on the brand. Check each product listing for available sizes — stock moves fast.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. See our Returns page for full details.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it on the courier’s website to follow your parcel in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay via our secure Stripe checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and many more countries. International tracked shipping is £12.99. Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

I received the wrong item or it’s damaged — what do I do?

Email us at support@the6supply.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it immediately with a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
